06/20/25 New Educator Portal & Quizzing Platform

Do you like building quizzes in Canvas? Do legacy publishers give you time-saving, intuitive UX that allows you the control of the student quizzing experience in the way you want?

We've been listening really hard to professors, and it sounds like there's been a gap in what professors want in quizzing, and what they can achieve from existing tools. We're working hard on building the next generation of quizzing platform that meets these needs.

And from today, you can build your own graded quizzes and exams directly in Blended Teaching. We'll share a guide on how to use it separately.

Along with the quiz builder, we've also released a major update to the educator portal.

We want to give you more control over the content, quizzes, assignments and data, and our redesign of the educator dashboard is the first step towards that.

A bit like an iceberg, you won't see too much difference in your experience in the educator portal with this release. But it allows us to rapidly deliver the control features you need over the coming weeks and months.
