I'm seeing a 'Network Error' message. What should I do?

Network errors are typically caused by an unstable internet connection or browser settings.

If you come across one of these messages, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection:
    • Verify your internet connection is active and stable.   
    • Check if other devices on your network are experiencing similar issues. 
    • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data (if applicable). 
    • Restart your router. 
  2. Troubleshoot your browser:
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 
    • Update your browser to the latest version. 
    • Disable browser extensions to see if they are causing the problem. 
    • Try using a different browser.
