Why am I missing a student in my dashboard?

If a student is missing in your dashboard, the usual reason is that they haven't signed in and used any of the Blended Teaching course materials. But not always....

  • If you can't see a student in the dashboard of your classbook, it usually means that the student in question has not engaged with any of the content in the classbook yet. Once your students have created their accounts, and accessed content within the classbook for the first time, they will appear in your Blended Teaching dashboard.

  • There are some rare cases where students enroll in other classbooks of yours accidentally, rather than the one you intended. This can happen if you have multiple classes running simultaneously. If so, we can easily move them across using our backend systems.
  • If you're missing a student, just reach out to us on help@blended-teaching.com, and we will get it sorted for you quickly.
