For each assignment and quiz, you have the ability to share grades and feedback with the students through the platform. If you are integrated, you can also update your Canvas or Blackboard gradebook at the click of a button.
Let's have a quick role play. The assignment has finished and students would like their grades and feedback. Just go to your dashboard, to the "Answers" tab.
Here you can see how many students took the assessment, the average grade for the class in the assessment, and you have the power to share grades with the students as a whole group.
If you click on the slider called "Show Results to Students" it will turn blue, showing you that the results are now available to the students through the platform. When you do this, the following will happen:
- All the students enrolled in the class in Blended Teaching will receive an email telling them that the results are available, including a link for them to access. Here's an example of the email:
- Once they have received the email, they can click on the link which takes them to their student grade center on Blended Teaching. Here they can see the student support video for the assessment (if there is one), as well as their answers, what they got right and wrong. They can't see what the correct answers for ones they got wrong. Here's what it looks like:
