Can I view or download textbook chapters?

Blended Teaching has the power to let you download the chapter notes for a whole chapter at a time, both in pdf and MS word formats. As long as your professor allows it.

Each chapter in Blended Teaching is usually a combination of video and text. On rare occasions, they are just text.

Alongside the videos there will also be a text version of the video as well, which covers the same points that are covered in the videos. When these text pages are stitched together, they make up a textbook chapter.

Often, it's can be helpful to read the whole chapter at once, rather than page by page alongside the videos. And even more often, it's helpful to download the whole chapter, so that you can take notes in class, or as you read through.

We've created the ability for you to download the chapter notes. To do this, simply go to any of the chapters, and look for the "pdf" and "docx" icons on the upper right of the screen. Click on either of those and it will create and download the chapter notes for you for the whole chapter, not just the notes for the page you are currently on.

Please note, in some instances, professors may choose to switch off your ability to download the chapter notes. If that is the case, you will not see the pdf and docx buttons.
