Can I get a refund?
You'll get a full refund if you drop a class within 30 days of the start date of the class.
We've all done it - you've signed up for a class, paid for your textbook, and then - something's come up and you've got to drop the class!
Don't worry - we've got you.
All you need to do is let us know through the chatbot on Blended Teaching that you have decided to drop the class, or email us at support@blended-teaching.com including your name and the class you have dropped.
You will get a full refund if it is within 30 days of the start date of the class, no questions asked. 🙌
If you are requesting a refund more than 30 days after the start of the class, we can't provide provide a refund under any circumstance. We're sorry!
Once you've requested the refund, we will action it within 24 hours. Due to payment processors in the US, it can take some time for money to move (unfortunately it's out of our hands), but it will arrive back with you within 4-10 days.
